We’ve got you covered. If your product cracks, bows, warps, or develops moldwithin 1 year of purchase, we’ll replace it free of charge — shipping included.
Discounted Replacements
50% Off Replacement:If your product cracks, bows, warps, or develops moldbetween 1 year and 18 monthsafter purchase, you can receive a replacement at half price
If your product cracks, bows, warps, or develops moldafter 18 months, you’re still eligible for a replacement at 20% off the full price.
